Job description

We have an amazing opportunity for an Office Manager looking for a Part Time role in North London! Working for an extremely friendly Property Company, you will be based in one of their buildings that rent out rooms to professionals. Working part time hours, you will be based 5 days a week from the office, supporting with admin duties such as managing calendars, booking in tenants, managing the office, managing maintenance etc. Alongside this, there is opportunity to get involved with marketing, with a focus on social media and optimising the occupancy of the building. This role would suit an experienced Office Manager looking to work in North London and happy to work part time hours across 5 days!

Duties will include:

  • Scheduling bookings
  • Answering calls
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Managing correspondence by email and post
  • Managing suppliers and maintenance
  • Managing and maintaining social media and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a varied Office Manager position
  • Happy to work part time hours, 5 days a week in an office
  • Detail orientated
  • Flexible and happy to help out wherever needed
