This position is offered on a permanent basis with a competitive salary range of £30,000–£35,000 prorated.

Part-Time Office Manager (4 days per week Monday – Thursday – 3 days on site & 1 remote)

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 prorata (£23,999.04 – £27,998.85)

Our client in the Creative Sector is recruiting for a Part-Time Office Manager (Monday–Thursday) this position will be Hybrid (3 days in office and 1 remote) and to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be confident in Diary Management for multiple senior managers, experienced in the Creative or similar setting and be able to start with short notice.

Duties to Include (but not limited to):

  • Manage the UK office, regularly communicating office plans, changes and requirements to the UK team.
  • Act as the first point of contact, in-person and via the main telephone welcoming and hosting visitors.
  • Ongoing liaison with building management, security, and cleaning teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage office logistics including post, couriers, kitchen and office supplies, meeting room scheduling, catering and visitor arrangements.
  • Coordinate office projects such as refurbishments, maintenance, and office moves, with oversight from the Executive Assistant.
  • Negotiate and contract new suppliers for stationery, office equipment, and furniture, ensuring value and quality
  • Office Events and socials, being part of the culture and events committee
  • Diary Management for senior leaders in the business
  • Arranging travel, booking meetings, creating agendas, ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Project support and coordination where needed.
