Part-time Office Coordinator

Part-time Office Coordinator (temporary) required for London office of buzzy, growing tech firm:

24 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.45am-5.45pm, 1 hour lunch) – office based – £18-£20/hour

Part-time Office Coordinator required to join London office of this growing, global tech firm. The company has established itself in London and is now looking for a part-time Office Coordinator to support their Office Manager and help manage the day-to-day running of the office (c.80 in London).

This is a varied role that will suit someone who is happy being on their feet a lot of the time; meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office, coordinating deliveries and office supplies, ensuring kitchens are well stocked, as well as setting up for regular office events.

The role would best suit an individual with 3 years’ minimum administrative experience, who enjoys working in a busy office with a varied workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a friendly, proactive personality and be happy taking direction but also be able to work independently and innovatively. You will be organised, efficient and enthusiastic and happy to help the team wherever they need. Events experience preferred.

This is a part-time, temporary position for a minimum of 6 months with strong potential to extend.

Working 24 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.45am-5.45pm) from their central London office located in the West End. £18-£20p/h + holiday pay
