Job summary

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a modern corporate office in Hersham, Surrey.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a regular part-time role with an excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. Start date is immediate and DBS clearance is required or obtainable. You will be paid £17.50 per hour (PAYE) with weekly pay and clear progression to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience.
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Able to work independently and as a lone worker.
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel where required.
• Must use the client's time and attendance system.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning office areas, meeting rooms and communal spaces.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.
• Cleaning kitchens and welfare facilities.
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
