Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cleaner in Bilston, United Kingdom. This part-time role is 10 hours per week, 08:00-10:00, Monday to Friday, at £12.71 per hour. You will join a friendly team and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming site.

Your responsibilities include completing scheduled cleaning tasks across kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets, and offices, replenishing supplies, and following infection control and COSHH procedures. Training including BPSS checks will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a corporate office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute effectively within a team.
• Good attention to detail, adherence to standards and understanding of data protection regulations.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training, including first aid and security awareness, and BPSS checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets, offices and other designated areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and replenish stock and consumables as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures relating to infection control, security and COSHH, including completing relevant training.
• Work safely at all times by wearing the required PPE and following Sodexo processes, reporting hazards, faulty equipment and other concerns to your line manager.
• Take responsibility for allocated cleaning areas while remaining flexible to support other floors and provide holiday and absence cover as required.
