Job summary

Meridian requires part-time commercial office cleaners to start ASAP at our clients site in Hayes UB4. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts 07.00 -11.00 or 12.00 - 16.00, paying £13.45 per hour plus holiday pay.

This temporary opportunity lasts initially 8 weeks with a possibility of further work for the right candidate. You will be cleaning offices to a high standard, ensuring spaces are safe, tidy and presentable for employees, clients and visitors, while adhering to

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial/office cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good time management and reliability.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending, etc).

Responsibilities

• Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
• Empty bins, clean fridges.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow health & safety procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.

We are looking for a cleaning superstar to keep our customer's offices clean, safe and tidy, maintaining the highest standard of cleaning so that all areas are presentable, safe, and hygienic for employees, clients, and visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
