Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Flexible working hours, 21 hours per week - Fully office based

Key Responsibilities:
As our Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Administrative Support: Assist various departments with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Facilities Coordination: Keep our office well-stocked and operational by managing supplies and maintenance.

  • Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism and friendliness.

  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organise exciting company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Document Management: Maintain and organise essential office files, records, and documentation.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure we adhere to health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety checks.

  • First Aid and Fire Warden Duties: Serve as the designated first aid responder and oversee fire safety protocols.


What We're Looking For:
