About us

We are a small charitable, Trustee-managed nursery that has been operating for over 30 years. We are currently rated 'Good' by Ofsted and have a strong waitlist. We value each member of our staff team and recognize that people can bring different ideas and suggestions, all of which are equally valued. We view our team members as our extended family, and most of our staff have worked at the nursery for many years.

The role

The ideal candidate will be a Nursery Practitioner eager to work with children in the early years, loving creativity and getting messy. Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative is essential.

We seek someone with a positive, can-do attitude, committed to every child's success. Qualifications should be at Level 2 (early years) or above, or nearing completion. We value commitment, flexibility, and a fun, proactive attitude.
