Are you Level 3 qualified and looking for a part-time job?

A nursery school in Atherstone is looking to recruit nursery practitioners for both term time and all-year-round positions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervising children under approved ratios, ensuring visibility, holding hands when walking out, and securing them in learning areas before handover.
• Implementing nursery policies and procedures, including child protection, incidents, accidents, complaints, and emergencies.
• Interacting with colleagues and establishing good working relationships.
• Adhering to the nursery's ethos, values, and vision.
• Supporting the daily running of the nursery rooms.
• Supporting parents to become confident co-educators involved in their child's development.
• Creating a welcoming and family-friendly environment.
• Signing off work and tasks on daily rotas, checklists, and charts.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-12:00pm

Salary: £11.44 per hour (gross)

Essential Requirements:

• DBS on the update service
• Level 3 or above in approved childcare qualification
• Paediatric First Aid training
• Willingness to undertake training courses
