We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Orchard House in Withington. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members, and utilizing the latest care technology to enhance their quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent with communication. You should have or be working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, keeping your Line Manager informed, and writing care plans.
