Support Worker Burnham on Sea - £12.77 ph plus night enhancement

Typical Shifts are: 08:00 - 20:30 working 2 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist people with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night.
  • Complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
Qualifications
  • Resilient, flexible and composed approach.
  • Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism and people who have experienced trauma.
