Job description

The Royal Hotel - Part Time Night Porter

The Royal is the Isle of Wight’s Premier AA Four Star Hotel. As a family run hotel, we strive to provide the highest level of experience and service for the many Loyal Royals and new guests from around the world.

We are now looking for a part time relief Night Porter to work up to 2 nights a week 11pm to 8am and to cover holidays. Full training will be provided.

Duties to include:

• Security patrols.
• Cleaning of public areas inside and out.
• Occasionally check in and out guests.
• Serve bar drinks when required.
• Basic restaurant preparation for breakfast.

The right candidate will need to have a positive attitude, great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and able to work of their own initiative.
