Job Description:

• Location: Office based in Ringwood, Hampshire
• Salary: From £24,000 per annum, pro rata, inclusive of night enhancement, dependent on experience
• Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week
• Shifts: 22:30-06:30, rotating as 4 on / 4 off. Rota includes Bank Holidays which are given back as additional leave days.

Due to the success of Careline Support Ltd, we are expanding our team in Ringwood to provide 24/7 telephone-based customer service for our clients, including retired homeowners, during their time of need.

We are recruiting personable and diligent night-shift call centre team members to provide direct telephone support throughout the night.

If you are a night owl, calm under pressure, and excel at listening, reassuring, and responding, we want to hear from you.

About you

• You’re a ‘night owl’ willing to work between 10:30 pm and 6:30 am.
• Great customer service experience, especially from emergency call centres, is preferred.
• You are a good listener, communicator, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm in crises, and possess good common sense.
• A good standard of English and IT skills are essential.
