Serve Legal are recruiting compliance auditors to conduct in-person audits at a range of sites across the UK. You will make a purchase and report back on the customer experience.

This part-time, flexible role fits around study or other work, with pay per audit aligned to a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate and audits allocated in nearby batches. Auditors may be aged 16+ with a focus on 18–19-year-olds for age-verification audits; full UK/Ireland coverage and potential bonuses are highlighted to boost

Qualifications

• Aged 16 or older; age-verification audits require 18–19.
• Willingness to travel to audits across various sites.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a good report-writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, and other sites by making a purchase and reporting on the experience.
• Perform age-verification audits where required and report whether ID was requested.
• Provide clear, concise feedback to managers on audit outcomes.
