Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting compliance auditors to perform in-person mystery shopper audits across the UK and Ireland. You will visit various sites, make purchases where required, and report on whether ID requests occur, with a focus on age-verification audits for 18–19-year-olds.

The role is part-time and flexible, with audits allocated as nearby batches. Pay is per audit, aligned with a Real Living Wage hourly rate, and you can work around other commitments or studying.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 16+ for general audits; 18–19-year-olds for age-verification audits.
• Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits at a range of sites (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops) and report back on the customer experience.
• Conduct age-verification audits by purchasing age-restricted products when required and report results.
