Aufgaben

• Plan, teach and evaluate lessons and sequences of lessons with up-to-date teaching strategies and behaviour management in line with Departmental SOWs.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and students regarding student learning and other matters within ECM responsibilities.
• Understand assessment requirements and use data with various approaches to inform teaching and learning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the music subject area and the professional standards and duties of teachers.
• Work as part of Learning Teams, both Departmental and Year Group-based, to enhance curriculum provision and support the college's inclusive learning community.
• Retain up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and understand the roles of other colleagues in these.
