Little Tree Montessori in London N8 is seeking a Montessori Teacher to join our warm, independent nursery serving the Crouch End community for over 30 years. The ideal candidate will be Montessori qualified, experienced in Early Years, and comfortable leading a classroom with SEND learners.

Salary is £25,000-£28,000 pro rata for 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00am-1:00pm), open 38 weeks per year, with benefits including generous holiday, CPD, pension and staff events.

Qualifications

• Montessori qualification Level 3 or higher.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Montessori/EY setting.
• Solid understanding of EYFS requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with SEND children.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Lead a Montessori classroom in a nursery setting.
• Support children to learn and develop at their own pace.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to monitor progress.

Little Tree Montessori is seeking a Montessori Teacher to join our warm, independent nursery at the heart of the Crouch End community for over 30 years.

The ideal candidate must be Montessori qualified, with experience working in an Early Years setting and a passion for helping children learn and develop at their own pace. You must be confident in leading a classroom, have a good understanding of working with SEND children, and demonstrate a calm and friendly manner.

Salary

£25,000-£28,000 pro rata

Hours

• 25 hours per week

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-1:00pm

• Open 38 weeks per year
