Job summary

St Monica Trust is seeking a flexible minibus driver to join our team. You will transport village residents to shops, day trips and outings, ensuring safety and comfort. This is a physical role requiring seating adjustments and basic vehicle checks.

You must hold a full UK driving license with D1 entitlement, have strong communication skills, and be able to plan and organise trips while prioritising safety and residents' needs. Bank shifts, part-time hours, £13.64 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to secure wheelchairs and plan trips with risk awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear reporting.
• Understanding of older people's needs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to shops, day trips and outings.

• Support on-site concierge when not driving.
