Job summary

Oakbank Care Home in Crieff is hiring a Minibus Driver on a part-time contract to support residents' activities, appointments and outings with safe, reliable transport.

You will hold a full clean UK driving licence, bring at least 2 years of driving experience, and maintain a friendly, professional approach while safeguarding passengers and following health and safety procedures. PVG checks and training are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Experience driving larger vehicles is desirable but not essential.
• A responsible, reliable and professional approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undertake training.
• A friendly and patient manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transport for residents to activities, appointments and outings.
• Support wellbeing, independence and social engagement of residents.
• Ensure journeys are carried out safely and efficiently with care and consideration.
• Maintain a friendly, professional approach and ensure health and safety compliance.
