Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our retail team in-store. You will handle planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to customers.

The role requires reliability, flexibility in shifts, and strong communication with store leadership. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, with opportunities for benefits and part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project-related measurements and store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote customer service using the GURA approach: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Adhere to safety training and guidelines.
