Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning end-to-end tasks from planograms to signage and price changes. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly and maintain all signage while delivering legendary customer service to customers and teammates.

The role requires flexibility, attendance, and the ability to work 4–10 hour shifts with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or merchandising knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and planogram resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain merchandise standards.
