Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. Exeter Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Med-Surg 4S. You will provide professional nursing care, coordinate care planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a busy unit.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, ensuring safe medication administration, mentoring new staff, documenting accurately, and contributing to patient education and discharge planning. Requires current RN license and BCLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required (NH state or compact).
• BCLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within the assigned Med-Surg unit.
• Coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor and precept new employees; support education initiatives.
• Perform physical assessments and thorough patient histories on admission.
• Ensure safe, timely, and accurate medication administration and IV care.
• Document accurately and timely in patient records and policies.
