Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Officer (1 day per week) to join our team and support the company to deliver our work supporting Highland theatre-making.

We are delighted to be recruiting a part-time marketing officer to join our team. This is our first time recruiting a salaried team member, which has been funded by First Port’s Build-It award. Visit our website to read the application pack and apply.

As marketing officer, you are responsible for the planning and delivery of all marketing, communications and audience development strategies that will help us achieve the aims stated in our vision, mission and objectives.

Line manager – CEO/Producer
Part time (1 day per week equivalent)
12 month contract (August 2025 – July 2026) with the view to extend dependent on funding
Start date negotiable
Please note that there may be the option to increase hours for projects and events, but this is not required
Salary – £27k pro rata (£5.4k before tax, NI, and pension contributions)
Applicants must be based in Scotland; this role is fully remote but will require travel for events and activities

Interviews – Tuesday 22nd July 2025 (45 mins) Zoom Interview times will be arranged with successful applicants on the 21st, with slots in the morning, afternoon and evening to fit around other commitments
