What You’ll Be Doing
This is a broad, impactful role where you will have autonomy and responsibility to make your mark. Your key duties will include:
- Managing Paid Campaigns:Lead our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns from strategy to execution and optimisation
- Email Marketing:Develop and implement customer email marketing strategies, create compelling campaigns, and manage customer communications
- Content Creation:Design or collaborate with designers to produce engaging visual and written content in line with our brand guidelines
- Newsletter Ownership:Plan, write, and distribute our monthly newsletter, keeping our community informed and inspired
- Marketing Function Ownership:Take full responsibility for the marketing function, reporting directly and working closely with the Director
- Workflow Optimisation:Create and refine workflows for SMS and email campaigns to maximise reach and effectiveness
- Community Engagement:Work with influencers and customers to generate user-generated content (UGC), including engaging videos and photos for organic social posts
- A/B Testing & Customer Insights:Run A/B tests and analyse marketing strategies to better understand and meet our customers’ needs
- Local Partnerships:Forge relationships with local businesses to increase brand awareness and create collaborative opportunities
- Offline Marketing:Create engaging offline assets such as flyers, posters, QR codes, and information packs to complement our digital campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing (Meta/Google Ads, email/SMS marketing, content creation)
- Strong design skills or experience working with creative teams
- Confident copywriter and communicator
- Data-driven approach, with experience running A/B tests and analysing results
- Experience with influencer marketing, social media management, and community engagement
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and reporting directly to company leadership
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
