Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) is seeking a versatile Marketing Executive to own the full marketing mix, focused on NFX UK while supporting RSSL brands. You will develop strategy, produce compelling content, manage social channels, run email campaigns, and oversee the WordPress site and events.

The role is 2.5 days per week, hybrid with remote work and Reading-based presence. Strong writing, CMS, analytics, and stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of marketing experience in a generalist role.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Experience managing social media channels.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and newsletters.
• CMS experience (WordPress) and content updates on websites.
• Comfort interpreting analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn) and reporting.
• Event or webinar management experience.
• Ability to create social graphics (Canva, Adobe Express).
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy to raise brand awareness and support growth.
• Own and manage the LinkedIn content plan: writing, scheduling, design and publishing posts.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and regular newsletters.
• Create engaging copy for website, social media, emails and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the network website (WordPress) and coordinate with external agency on issues.
• Lead project management for website improvements with partner agency.
• Oversee PR activities and media opportunities to enhance the network's profile.
