We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our client's dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to support our strategic communications and marketing plan while enhancing the visibility and impact of our organisation.


Role: Marketing Administrator


Contract duration: ongoing temporary position


Hourly rate: £12.21 p/h + holiday pay + Office Angels temp benefits (the BEST in the market)


Working pattern: part time (21 hours per week)


Location: Central Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Content and Digital Communications:
    - Create captivating content for our website, social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms.
    - Administer our social media accounts and email marketing campaigns.
    - Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

  2. Stakeholder Engagement and Events:
    - Assist in building relationships with key stakeholders.
    - Support the planning and execution of events and webinars hosted by our organisation.

  3. Monitoring and Administration:
    - utilise analytical tools to track communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
    - Provide administrative support to the Strategic Lead and the communications team.


Who You Are:
