Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to assist Shift Operators effectively during the malting process.
• Conduct barley quality analysis and malt quality checks.
• Complete safety related inspections and follow hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling the malting production process.
• Monitor process control and report deviations.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations.

Skills

Understanding of the malting process

Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical operations

Basic to intermediate IT skills
