Who will I support?
You will be working alongside 5 people with learning disabilities who share a house in Newbury. They enjoy a range of activities both in and outside of their home, so they are looking for people who are willing to support them with whatever they have planned for the day as well as encourage them to explore new opportunities.
You’ll need to demonstrate great communication skills, be active and outgoing.
