Role - Makeup Artist

Location - York

Hours - 8 hours per week

Salary - starting from £12.02 per hour plus a competitive commission structure

A Trinny London Artist is at the core of our operations, embodying our mission to empower customers with our curated, portable makeup and skincare products. You will combine advanced artistry skills with product knowledge and a passion for customer engagement, adapting your style to individual needs.

The Role
Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service by understanding their needs and guiding them from introduction to sale.
• Offering personalized consultations and beauty services, including the Trinny London Match2Me experience.
• Demonstrating products and recommending looks to address individual concerns.
• Conducting pre-booked makeup appointments.
• Achieving sales targets by promoting and selling products.
• Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and visually appealing makeup area.
• Creating attractive displays for featured products and promotions.
• Keeping tools and workstations sanitized to health standards.

Requirements
