Job summary

Nuffield Health Ealing Fitness and Wellbeing Centre is hiring a Lifeguard on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). The role requires an NPLQ (or equivalent) and maintaining training records. You will help keep members safe and create a friendly, professional environment in our pool, spa, and wellness facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
