Job summary

Sport Liverpool is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer-focused Lifeguard to join our team at the University of Liverpool facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring safety and wellbeing of our customers while delivering high-quality service across our busy sports and fitness spaces.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a current NPLQ qualification, with all required training and qualifications up to date.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective pool supervision and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Carry out routine safety checks and ensure facilities are safe, clean and welcoming.
• Support day-to-day operation of the centre and work with colleagues across the Sport Liverpool team.
• Assist in setting up and supporting activities across the sports centre, including lane swimming sessions, AU training, competitions and events.
