A leading law firm at Liverpool Street is seeking a new legal PA to join their friendly Disputes Team on a part time basis, working Thursdays and Fridays.

You will be an experienced legal PA who is familiar with courtwork and you will be part of a job share, so you must be able to communicate effectively with the alternative job share to ensure a truly seamless support system is provided to fee earners.

Duties will include:

1. Diary management
2. Inbox management
3. Travel management
4. Assisting with managing billing processes and expense management
5. Extensive client liaison
6. Managing the document amendment process as well as carrying out document amendments and dictation.
