My client is a large law firm looking for a part time Legal Administrator to be based at their site in Solihull. This role is part time 22 hours per week.

Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Writing letters and preparing reports.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in a law firm
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • An ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Can commute to Solihull.
