You will also be working closely with FE tutors to improve internal progression and with local employers to provide work-based learning experiences and GAP opportunities.

Applicants must be strong team players and individuals with a pro-active approach to work. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a forward-thinking individual with innovative ways of working with students.

The team and our learners already benefit from excellent links with the local employers and opportunities to further these links is always welcomed.

You will have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you will be actively encouraged to upskill. If you feel you have the drive and motivation to transform student potential, then this could be the opportunity for you.

We have a free on-site gym at our Watford Campus, and you can access a wide range of discounts and benefits including a cycle to work scheme, free on-site parking, pension, generous holiday scheme, time off at Christmas and early finishes on a Friday.
