Job summary

Clemson University invites qualified candidates to join the Nieri Department of Construction and Real Estate Development as temporary faculty. Opportunities exist to teach one or more courses in Construction Science and Management and/or Real Estate Development on an as-needed basis.

Positions may be offered in spring, summer, and/or fall terms and may be in-person, asynchronous online, or blended formats. Start dates vary with departmental teaching needs and course availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in an appropriate field of construction management, engineering, business, or real estate development; with significant industry experience specifically related to the course content to be taught.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program in an appropriate field of construction management, engineering, business, or real estate development; with significant industry experience specifically related to the course content to be taught.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more courses in Construction Science and Management and/or Real Estate Development.
• Opportunities to teach in spring, summer, and/or fall terms and in-person to asynchronous online modalities.
