Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a motivated Day Care Support Worker to join our daytime centres on a part-time, term-time basis. The post is fixed term to 30/06/27 and hours are 8.45am to 2.45pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid break, pro-rata to the hours worked.

The role is peripatetic with potential relocation to different centres as required. Applicants must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council and eligible for PVG membership.

Qualifications

• PVG scheme membership is essential or updated before offer.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Support Worker in Day Care of Children's Services within 3 months of appointment.
