Job summary

The Gables Residential Home in Whitehaven is seeking a Lead Support Worker to work 21 hours per week on a permanent basis, paid at £16.89 per hour. You’ll deliver high-quality care, support residents’ independence and wellbeing, and work closely with the team to create a safe, engaging environment.

• Assist with personal care or medication and support activities as part of daily care.
