About Us

We are a dedicated team committed to helping every child reach their full potential both academically and personally. We are currently seeking a passionate and proactive Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning in Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted support to pupils, and contribute to the wider life of the school.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
  • Working with pupils individually or in small groups to support their learning
  • Assisting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
  • Helping to manage behaviour and run intervention sessions
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Preparing classroom resources and assisting with displays
  • Supervising pupils during break times, school trips, and other activities
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a Key Stage 2 setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children s learning and development
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, adaptable, and positive attitude
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
Salary & Benefits

Daily rate: GBP95-GBP100 (paid weekly via PAYE)
