Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage rotas and ordering processes.
• Knowledge of HACCP and basic hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and managing food costs.
• Lead during service, organise the team and workflow.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to spec.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and records kept up to date.
• Support new team members and run shifts when needed.
