Miller & Carter - Grimsby is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a team of Chefs, and master the branded menu with a passion for great food.

You will manage food ordering, prep, stock control and health and hygiene compliance, while driving targets with your team and delivering excellent guest experiences.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
