Miller & Carter – Gloucester (part of Mitchells & Butler PLC) is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and drive a brigade focused on quality and consistency. You’ll manage kitchen operations, train chefs and ensure the brand’s menu standards are met with passion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train and coach staff to high standards.
• Able to manage stock and kitchen ordering efficiently.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
