Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• You will strive to deliver an excellent dining experience for residents.
• Maintain high standards in and around the home and communicate with kitchen and care home teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and keep prep areas clean.
• Monitor stock rotation and follow COSHH/HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
