Job summary

Bubble CiTea in Glasgow is hiring a part-time Barista at Silverburn. You will prepare drinks to recipe standards, maintain product knowledge, and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting our menu and loyalty app.

You will help keep the store clean and well presented, support opening/closing, stock management, and may manage content for the store’s TikTok account. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment
• Proactive, with a “can do” attitude
• Passionate about people, service, and personal development
• Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
• Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
• Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
• Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account
• Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
• Help drive sales to meet store targets
• Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company
