Imperium Financial Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Insolvency Practitioner for a part-time corporate appointments role in Manchester. You will oversee a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, from appointment through to closure, and provide technical guidance to junior staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner required or eligible for IP status in the UK.
• Proven experience managing corporate insolvency appointments.
• Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take corporate insolvency appointments (CVLs, MVLs, Administrations) and manage the caseload.
• Provide guidance to case administrators and junior staff.
• Maintain relationships with directors, creditors, solicitors and stakeholders.
