Job summary

Chesterfield College is seeking a part-time Inclusion Coordinator to join a passionate and highly effective team. You will support students with SEND, develop EHCP-based plans, and ensure quality inclusive practices across post-16 education.

The role requires line management experience and confidence using IT and college systems such as EBS, OneDrive and Excel; you will contribute to funding and support arrangements within a supportive college environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced SEND professional with passion for disability inclusion in post-16 education.
• Knowledge and experience of EHCPs, and associated support and funding.
• Ability to write high quality and easily interpreted support plans for a range of disabilities.
• Line management and team coordination experience.
• Confidence using IT packages and college MIS, such as EBS, reports, Pastoral, OneDrive and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide inclusion support for students with EHC plans in post-16 education.
• Develop and monitor support plans for a range of disabilities.
• Coordinate and line-manage the inclusion team.
• Utilise college MIS and IT tools to track progress and reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure access and inclusion across college programs.
