Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser to manage product displays across assigned stores in Barton-upon-Humber. You will set up and maintain planograms, complete visits on schedule, and report back with clear photos and notes.

You will work independently with support from the District Team Leader, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely execution while representing the company professionally and building strong relationships with store staff.

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Good at organizing your own work and managing your time.
• Comfortable working on your own and following instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet for reporting.
• Understand basic health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues)
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally
• Keep up with any required training or certifications
• Complete all store visits on time
