Seasalt in Malvern is seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor for an 8 hour temporary contract. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share knowledge of our brand, and support management to drive store sales and KPI targets.

You’ll help customers across channels, guide them to the website, process online orders, and maintain brand standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service and knowledge of the Seasalt brand, products, design inspiration and services.
• Recommending additional services to drive sales and gather customer data.
• Driving sales across channels by guiding customers to the website and assisting with online orders.
• Resolving customer issues promptly and seeking effective solutions.
• Supporting Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Assisting with visual merchandising, window standards and product information to maximize opportunities.
• Participating in store operations including stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
