Responsibilities

• Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring every order is accurate and beautifully presented.
• Creating genuine connections with guests and providing warm service.
• Setting up and clearing in-room dining orders efficiently and discreetly.
• Working closely with kitchen, restaurant and wider Food & Beverage teams.
• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues quickly and positively.
• Maintaining high cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards.
