Job summary

Virginia Peninsula Community College seeks an Adjunct HVAC Instructor to teach NCCER Core, HVAC Levels 1 and 2 in the Workforce Development department. The instructor will handle up to 1500 hours per year across day, evening, or weekend sessions, teaching and assessing students while maintaining lab operations.

The role requires strong HVAC experience, teaching ability, and proven communication skills. Experience with online or hybrid formats and industry connections are desirable.
