Reporting to the HR Business Partner the primary function of the HR Advisor role is to provide an effective robust Employee Relations Advisory service. You will operate as part of the Health Assessment Services (HAS) team working alongside the wider HR teams and in close collaboration with management teams across HAS.
The role will be embedded within the HAS business and supported by the central HR team and will include occasional travel to the HAS sites in Yorkshire and Northeast of England.
Working part time up to 25 hours a week (minimum 15 hours) for example 3 or 4 days a week (including a Friday) or across Monday to Friday.
The role can be based from our York or Bradford offices.
